What is a Safe Page?
A safe page is a landing version for moderation bots, ad platform crawlers, and suspicious traffic in cloaking setups. It is close to a white page: neutral, policy-aligned content without the money offer.
A cloaking service or custom script decides safe vs. money URL. Criteria: datacenter IP, known bot UA, missing ad cookies, GEO mismatch with campaign targeting.
Why a separate term
Community uses “safe” for account protection, “white” for rule compliance. In practice URLs and content are often the same.
Risks
Platforms strengthen anti-circumvention; safe/money pairs are caught via complaints, user behavior, re-reviews. Both versions on one server without isolation leaves traces.
White-hat
No separate safe page — one compliant landing for all. The term helps when analyzing bans and training, not as a recommendation.
