ATracker is self-hosted affiliate tracking software for media buyers. You install it on your Linux VPS or dedicated server to record clicks, conversions, inbound network postbacks, Cost Import from ad accounts, and ROI reports. It is not the iOS time-tracking app named "ATracker" on the App Store.
